- Complete the application by filling in all spaces to avoid delays due to missing information. Trade references must be given unless you are a new business.
- Fax the completed credit application to the fax number at the top of the form.
- A monthly or weekly paid account may be established with a credit limit. Credit limits will be reviewed periodically and adjusted to meet business needs.
- A cash account is also available for customers who do not qualify for a credit account or choose not to have a credit account, but wish to receive pricing benefits, services, and discounts.
